Compatible with:

Indoor Cam Mini 2K, Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt (Solo IndoorCam P24), Indoor Cam 2K (Solo IndoorCam C24)

If your eufy Indoor Cam failed to connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Note: eufy Indoor Cam only connects to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and not a 5GHz WiFi network. Additionally, please make sure the 2.4GHz WiFi network SSID is not hidden and the security level is set to either WPA or WPA2.

With the Indoor Cam plugged into a wall outlet using the included power adapter and cable, please launch the eufySecurity app > Devices tab > Add Device > select either Indoor Cam or Indoor Cam Pan&Tilt depending on your device model > tap Next > scan the QR code on the Indoor Cam > press and hold the SYNC button on the Indoor Cam for 2 seconds until it emits a beeping sound > select your 2.4GHz WiFi network > enter the password for your 2.4GHz WiFi network and tap Confirm > Indoor Cam will automatically connect to the selected 2.4GHz WiFi network.
