What should I do if my IndoorCam fails to connect to HomeBase 3?

Compatible with:

Indoor Cam 2K (Solo IndoorCam C24), Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt (Solo IndoorCam P24)


Try to pair the indoor camera with the HomeBase 3 according to this article:

If the connection still cannot be finished successfully, please check the following information:

  1. Make sure your camera and HomeBase 3 are powered on. 
  2. Make sure they are both connected to the same network. 
  3. Make sure your network router is functioning normally (it may help to restart your network router).
