- Confirm the original Outdoor Cam’s 5V/1A power adapter is being used.
- Try using another wall outlet to plug in the Outdoor Cam power adapter.
- Check if the USB power cable plugs into the camera properly.
- Check the temperature since Outdoor Cam has an operating temperature from -4°F to 113°F.
