If the Gamepad remote stops powering on:
- Check to make sure that the cable is properly plugged in on both ends
- Check with an alternate cable to see if the problem lies with the cable, if so, use an appropriate cable or contact our support team for a new one.
- If these do not work, it is possible that the fault lies within the controller, please contact our support team to find a solution.
