Issue: Your Halo Remote is flashing zero, or your pucks won’t increase intensity.
1. Check your pad: Only pads with two connectors are usable with the puck. You cannot attach a single-connector pad, or two separate single-connector pads to the puck.
2. Check the placement: Ensure the entire pad is applied to the skin. If any part of the pad is loose or detached, the Halo will not work.
3. Check the connection: Ensure the puck is fully attached to both connectors on the pad.
