To ensure a smooth transition for our long-time users, we've made it easy for you to transfer your data from Playermaker UNO to your new Playermaker 2.0 account. Follow these simple steps to get started:
Create Your Playermaker 2.0 Account
- Sign up for a Playermaker 2.0 account using the same email address you used for your Playermaker UNO account.
- This is crucial as it allows our system to recognize and link your data across both versions.
Wait for 48 Hours
- After creating your Playermaker 2.0 account, please allow up to 48 hours for the data transfer process to complete.
- During this time, our system will automatically import your data to your Playermaker 2.0 account.
All your previous sessions will be fully imported to your Playermaker 2.0 account. Please note that features which were newly introduced in Playermaker 2.0 will remain as blank spots in sessions captured by using the old Playermaker sensors.
