How do I pair my sensors to the app?

Modified on Fri, 29 Nov, 2024 at 1:55 PM

What's needed to pair your sensors to the app:

  • valid membership.
  • The Playermaker 2.0 case
  • Left and right sensors
  • iOS or Android device
  • Bluetooth
  • USB-C charging cable* (optional & recommended)

How to pair your sensors to the app:

  1. Place both sensors inside the Playermaker 2.0 case.
  2. This step is optional but highly recommended. Connect your case to a USB charger (this will prompt available updates to your sensors).
    • Sensors that are charging successfully shine solid lights from the case (green orange red). If one or both sensors are not charging, then please refer to the linked articles.
  3. If you didn't connect your case to a USB charger, then refer to this article to make sure that your sensors are ON and ready to record a session.
  4. Turn your phone's Bluetooth ON.
  5. Keep your phone and sensors in close proximity to one another.
  6. Make sure your Playermaker 2.0 device is isolated from other Bluetooth / Playermaker 2.0 devices.
  7. Open your Playermaker 2.0 app.
  8. Go to 'Settings'.
  9. Press 'Playermaker 2.0 Account'.
  10. Tap 'Pair sensors'.
  11. Select 'Start pairing'.
  12. Press 'Scan QR' and scan the QR code on the back of your Playermaker 2.0 case.
  13. Wait until the pairing process is complete.
