A soft reset is one of the basic troubleshooting steps performed in the case that your sensors are not properly charging.
How to perform a soft reset of your sensors:
- Open the Playermaker 2.0 app on your mobile device.
- Select "Settings" and navigate to "Playermaker 2.0 account".
- Select the ⓘ symbol next to your sensor firmware version. This will open a window containing the information about your sensors.
- Place your finger on the left sensor icon and hold it until the popup menu appears.
- Select the "Reset Soft" option from the menu, as displayed below:
- Perform steps 4 and 5 for the right sensor.
- The soft reset for both sensors should be complete at this point.
