I am not receiving the Verification code to my email

If you are not receiving the Verification code in your email, then:

  1. Make sure you have correctly entered your email address into the app.
  2. Check your email's spam folder to see if the Verification Code is there.
  3. Make sure your entered email address doesn’t block SendGrid emails.
    • NOTE: If you belong to an organization, ask the IT department to resolve this issue.
