Ryze Smart Watch - How can I reset my watch?

*WARNING – Once the Smart Watch is reset, it will restore the factory settings. All data on the watch will be deleted. The Smart watch will also be disconnected from the app. If you are looking to restart your watch instead, try looking for the alternative FAQ page on our site.

Ryze Gene

1. Swipe down on the home screen and tap the Settings icon
2. Tap “System” and then “Reset”
3. Confirm

Ryze Elevate

1. Swipe the watch screen up or down and select the settings menu
2. You can reset here

Ryze Flex

1. From the main screen, swipe up and select the settings icon.
2. Swipe down to view the restart button

Ryze Trek

1. From the watch home screen, go to “Settings” and then to “General”
2. Select “reset” and confirm selection
