Kapture KPT-STREAM - My device won't appear on Bluetooth

Here is a few steps that you can take to fix this issue.


  1. Check to make sure that the KPT-STREAM is firmly plugged in with the Kapture provided cord.
  2. Make sure that your phone has its Bluetooth turned on, and you have removed its profile from the car settings.
  3. Check at the bottom of the Bluetooth page or where new devices come up.
