Error Code 01:

Power tube fault of controller - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 02:

Brake fault - Please check the state of the brakes to ensure that there are no external factors impacting the performance of them. If there is no issue with external factors, please contact the dealer.

Error Code 03:

Accelerator fault - Please check the state of the accelerator to ensure that there are no external factors impacting the performance of the switch. If there is no issue with external factors, please contact the dealer.

Error Code 04:

Controller overcurrent - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 05:

Controller over-temperature - Please stop using the vehicle immediately and wait for it to cooldown. Continued use may cause damage to the internal components.

Error Code 06:

Fault of driving power of controller - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 07:

Controller communication fault and verification failure - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 08:

Undervoltage/overvoltage of the controller - Please try to charge the vehicle. If this does not help, please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 10:

Motor locked-rotor - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 11:

Motor phase loss - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 12:

Motor HALL fault - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 13:

Motor over-temperature - Please stop using the vehicle immediately and wait for it to cooldown. Immediate continued use may cause damage to the internal components.

Error Code 31:

Battery MOS tube damaged - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 32:

Battery affected by water - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 33:

Battery open-circuits or imbalance warning - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 34:

Battery low-temperature warning - Please bring the vehicle into a room or an enclosed space to give it a chance to warm up before use

Error Code 35:

Battery over-temperature warning - Please stop using the vehicle immediately and wait for it to cooldown. Immediate continued use may cause damage to the internal components.

Error Code 37:

Battery short-circuits protection warning - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 38:

Battery charging overcurrent protection warning - Please disconnect the charger

Error Code 39:

Battery discharging overcurrent protection warning - Please contact the dealer for this issue

Error Code 40:

Battery over-charging warning - Ride the scooter normally until you have used up a bit of the battery to return it to its original status

Error Code 41:

Battery over-discharging warning - Please charge the vehicle

Error Code 42:

Battery communication fault and verification failure - Please contact the dealer for this issue
