The Ryze Gene and Trek models contain a feature called a running plan, which enables you to set out a weekly plan that sets up what is required of you on each day. The benefits of this mean that you can have an end goal every day you work out that aligns itself with larger goals more long-term goals.
Follow the guide below to setup a running plan:
- Open the Ryze Connect app and open the "Home" tab
- Select "Running plan" and select a plan
- Once you have finished following the prompts and have created a plan, it will upload to your watch
- On the watch, select "Running plan" to view the plan.
- On the training day, tap the workout name to start it.
