Stress is an indicator of your physiological strain. The Ryze Smart Watch can measure your stress level but as a guide only. Only a qualified health professional can accurately diagnose stress. Your watch supports both on-demand and 24/7 automatic measurement of your stress levels. The measured stress level is intuitively presented as a ‘Stress Score.'
Follow the guide below to setup a stress monitoring activity on your watch:
Ryze Elevate:
When app-enabled, your stress levels are automatically recorded.
Ryze Flex:
- In the device menu on the app, tap on health, and then sleep monitoring
- Slide the button next to stress monitoring to enable continuous stress monitoring
- Slide the button next to high stress reminder to receive alerts when you are showing symptoms of high stress.
Ryze Wave:
- To enable automatic stress monitoring, open the Ryze Fit App and go to the Device tab.
- Tap Stress settings. In the following page, turn on the switch for auto-measurement.
- Open the watch stress application to view stress levels
Ryze Gene and Trek:
- Open the watch Stress application on the watch to view the stress level.
- Check the stress level using the One-Click Health Check application.
- View the Stress Level card in the Home tab in the Ryze Connect App. Sync the watch data to the App by swiping down the phone screen while in the Home tab. Tap the card to view more analysis.
- Open the App. Go to Me tab. Tap My Data. Tap to view activity data, health data, and workout records
