- Ensure that the batteries on your scale have charger in them by powering on the scale.
- When powered on, ensure that there is currently nothing on the scale.
- Using the "unit" button, choose your desired unit of measurement.
- If you plan to measure food using a bowl, put the empty bowl on the scale and select "tare" to take into account the bowls weight
- When finished, ensure that you power off the device.
