- Please install the provided AAA batteries correctly into the device.
- Replace batteries if the "Lo" symbol ever appears.
- Use the scale on a hard and flat surface. Avoid carpeting or uneven surfaces.
- Download and install the free "Renpho Health" app. This can be found by scanning the QR code below.
- Open the app and begin to register your account.
- Enable Bluetooth on your device, then scroll down in Bluetooth settings until you find the scale.
- To pair, try one of the methods listed below:
- Step onto the scale on the conductive area (the circles) and wait for the display to light up. This should create a pairing prompt on your app. Click "Pair"
- Tap "Add device" on the top right of the "Healthy" page and then select "Body fat scale". Proceed to step on the scale with fry and bare feet on the conductive area (The circles). When the device name pops up on the app, press "+". After a little bit, your metrics should appear on the app.
- Your scale your now be linked to your app.
