Hema Dash Cams - Why can't I find event recordings?

Whenever the Dash Camera senses an impact via its inbuilt G-sensor, or if the emergency button is manually pressed, your files will be stored in the ‘event files’ folder. Files in this folder cannot be overwritten during loop-recording so they can be used for future reference. You can access this folder via the device (HM-DVR22 only) or the app.

To protect the Micro SD card from reaching its storage limit with ‘DVR event files,’ only 20% of the Miro SD card’s memory is allocated to store these files. We recommend you export your event files regularly, because after this 20% limit has been exhausted, the oldest ‘event files’ are overwritten.
