Failed to Connect eufy Baby Monitor 2K Wi-Fi to WiFi Network

If your eufy Baby Monitor 2K Wi-Fi failed to connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Note: eufy Baby Monitor 2K Wi-Fi only connects to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and not a 5GHz WiFi network. Additionally, please make sure the 2.4GHz WiFi network’s security level is set to either WPA or WPA2.

After inserting Baby Monitor 2K Wi-Fi into a wall socket and connecting it using the included power adapter and cable, please launch the eufy Baby app>go to "Security">select "Add Device">scan the QR code located at the bottom of the camera>press and hold the SYNC button on the camera for 2 seconds until it beeps>wait for the camera to automatically connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth>select your 2.4GHz WiFi network>enter your 2.4GHz WiFi network password and click confirm>Baby Monitor 2 will automatically connect to the selected 2.4GHz WiFi network.
