If you are unable to view the live stream on the monitor, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

The Monitor Is Connected to One Camera

  1. Unplug the Power Cable: Disconnect the camera's charging cable from the electrical outlet.

  2. Restart the Camera: Press and hold the camera's Power button for three seconds to restart it.

  3. Check the Connection: Position the router between the monitor and the camera, keeping it as close as possible. Please wait for the monitor to establish a connection to the camera automatically.

  4. Adjust the Antenna: The monitor's antenna must be positioned upright and, if possible, aligned at the same horizontal level as the camera.

  5. Keep Away From Interference Sources: When positioning the monitor and camera, it is advised to keep them away from interference sources like metal items and walls.

  6. Update Firmware: Update the camera and monitor to their latest firmware version.

  7. Manual Connection:

    • Press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) on the monitor.

    • Navigate to Camera Settings.

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to add the camera to the monitor.

  3. Keep Away From Interference Sources: When positioning the monitor and cameras, it is advised to keep them away from interference sources like metal items and walls.

  4. Update Firmware: Update the cameras and monitor to their latest firmware version.

  5. Disable the Smart Connect Feature:

    • Press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) on the monitor.

    • Navigate to Monitor Settings.

    • Disable the “Smart Connect” feature.
