How to Download Videos From My eufy Baby App?

There may be video recordings that users would like to permanently keep before videos are overwritten and deleted by the camera once the micro SD card is full. In order to save video recordings, simply download recorded videos from your eufy Baby app to your smartphone. Please refer to the following steps to download recorded videos to your smartphone.

Step 1

Launch the eufy Baby app and select the Activity tab located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2

Select and play the video you would like to save to your smartphone.

Step 3

Select the Download button located at the bottom left corner of the screen to download the video.

Note: Downloaded videos will be saved to your smartphone’s local storage. Additionally, videos can only be downloaded one at a time at the current stage. If you would like to download multiple videos from your eufy Baby Monitor 2, simply repeat the same process to download videos one at a time.
