How do I view continuous and event recordings on my Baby Monitor E20/E21?

If you would like to view continuous and event recordings on your Baby Monitor E20/E21, please follow the steps below:

Launch the eufy Baby app > Home screen > click the “Play” icon to start the live stream > select the “Play back” icon > choose a specific timestamp to view the recording.

Note: Video recordings may take some time to load, so please be patient during the process.

Additionally, you can also view recordings by clicking the “Calendar” icon next to the “Settings” icon (three dots) on the app’s Home screen.

Launch the eufy Baby app > Home screen > Event icon > select a date that has a blue dot > select a specific event to view the recording.
