If there is a delay when you view the live stream, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Make sure your phone is connected to a stable WiFi network or has a strong cellular signal.
2. Make sure your router’s upload speed is above 2 Mbps.
3. Make sure the signal strength is stable and strong between the router and the camera. If the signal is weak, please try to move the camera closer to the router, or use a mesh network or a WiFi range extender.
