Please follow the steps below to update your Smart Sock.
Launch the eufy Baby app > select the Me tab > choose My Devices > Sock > About Deivce > Check for firmware updates. If an update is available, simply select the Update Now button to start the firmware update process automatically.
- Verify your router is working properly with a strong and stable 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Please make sure the signal between the Smart Sock Base and your router is stable or place your Smart Sock close to the router during the firmware update process.
- Visually confirm the Smart Sock’s LED indicator light is showing the correct status:
- If the LED indicator light is flashing red and green alternately, it indicates that the Smart Sock is currently updating its firmware.
- If the LED indicator light is off, please charge the Smart Sock for a few minutes until its LED indicator light turns on. Visit How do I charge my eufy Baby Smart Sock? for detailed instructions on how to charge your Smart Sock.
