What should I do if my eufy Baby Smart Sock Base appears to be offline?

S320 Smart Sock

If your Smart Sock Base constantly goes offline, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

  • Check if the Smart Sock Base is plugged in and powered on.
  • Try placing the Smart Sock Base closer to your router.
  • Verify whether your 2.4GHz WiFi network’s password has recently changed. If it has, you can use the “Change WiFi” feature in the eufy Baby app and update the 2.4GHz WiFi network’s credentials to reestablish the connection between the Smart Sock Base and your router.
  • Try restarting the Smart Sock Base by unplugging the power cable and then plugging the power cable back into the Smart Sock Base.

If you are still experiencing issues with the Smart Sock Base constantly going offline, please contact us for assistance.
