If your eufy Breast Pump cannot connect to the app automatically after it powers on, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Bluetooth is disabled on your smartphone.
- Your smartphone has disabled permission for the app to scan Bluetooth devices.
- Your eufy Breast Pump is not powered on.
- Your eufy Breast Pump or the app on your smartphone is not updated to the latest version.
- Your eufy Breast Pump is placed too far away from your smartphone or there may be Bluetooth connection interference.
To solve the issue of your eufy Breast Pump not connecting to the app automatically after powering on, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Please ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and your eufy Breast Pump is placed close to the smartphone.
- Please restart your eufy Breast Pump and the app on your smartphone.
- Please remove your eufy Breast Pump from the app and reconnect it to your smartphone.
