What should I do if my RoboVac misses cleaning certain areas?

Modified on Tue, 18 Nov at 4:05 PM

If your robot misses certain areas during cleaning, please check the following:

  1. Confirm if the machine started from the station and if the missed areas are accurately displayed on the existing map.
  2. Check if there are any obstacles blocking the robot's path in the area or room.
  3. Make sure that all doors are open during the cleaning process.
  4. Check if there are any thick or long-piled carpets that may cause the robot to get stuck.
  5. Ensure that the robot has not been moved by people or pets during the cleaning process. If so, please return it to the station and restart the cleaning process from scratch.
  6. Check if one side of the edge wheels is more worn out than the other.

If the issue still persists, please turn on the "log upload" feature and run the robot several times more. Uploading equipment operation logs will better help engineers analyze the abnormal operation status of your robot. Also, please provide us with the specific time of the issue occurring.
