What to do if the suction of the HomeVac H11(Pure) decreased/doesn't pick up things normally

Modified on Tue, 11 Nov at 3:39 PM

If the HomeVac H11(pure) has poor suction, the suction inlet might be clogged, the dust bin/filters might need to be cleaned, or the vacuum’s battery needs to be recharged. Please confirm the following and see:

1. Empty the dustbin, clean if needed. Confirm if anything gets stuck inside the filters and the suction inlet.

2. Confirm if both the pre-filter and the high-performance filters are clean and dry.

3. Make sure the vacuum never sucked liquids and charge the vacuum for 3-3.5 hours to see if it works.

If the issue persists or if the vacuum picks up hairs/debris fine but doesn't work with certain stuff or surfaces, contact us for further assistance with pictures/videos showing the problem.
