The camera is operational outdoors in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 131°F (-20°C to 55°C).
If the temperature is below -4°F (-20°C), the battery’s chemistry activity is reduced, resulting in lower battery levels and shorter battery life; however, the camera remains operational in such conditions. When the weather becomes warmer, battery life will resume to normal times.
If the temperature is higher than 131°F (55°C), the camera will notify you via the eufy Security app if it is overheating and turn off automatically. Once the camera cools down, it will boot up and continue to run.

What Height or Angle Should I Install My Camera?
We recommend you install the camera no higher than 10 ft / 3 m from the ground with a downward tilt no greater than 30°.When Should I Use the Secure Outdoor Mount?
