Troubleshooting 4G LTE Cam S330 Updates

1. Check if your 4G/Wi-Fi network has a good signal.

2. Please check the status of the camera LED:

a. If the LED is alternately flashing red and blue, the camera is updating. Wait about 5 minutes and check the status again.

b. If the LED is off, press SYNC on the camera. If the LED flashes blue, the camera is powered on. If the LED flashes red, the camera battery is low. Fully charge the battery and update it later in General > About Device > Check for Firmware Update.
