Wi-Fi Connection Issues of 4G LTE Cam S330 in Setup Process

If you’re having trouble connecting the camera to Wi-Fi during the setup process, it might encounter issues as below:

Wi-Fi signal was not found 

  • As the Wi-Fi list is sync up from the camera device, and not from your phone, the signal of Wi-Fi in your home might be too weak or unstable for the device to connect.

Incorrect Wi-Fi password 

  • Please check to make sure you entered the correct password.

Failed to connect to Wi-Fi 

  • An unstable Wi-Fi signal affects the connection between the Camera and your home router. It is recommended that you strengthen the Wi-Fi signal to the Camera to ensure it operates properly.

Please make sure the S330 Cam is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
