Why did S300/S330 eufyCam fail to add?

Compatible with:

S300 eufyCam(eufyCam 3C), S330 eufyCam(eufyCam 3), eufyCam E330 (Professional)


1. Please make sure you have pressed the eufyCam SYNC button for at least 2 seconds until you hear the beep. If you don’t hear the beep and the LED and LED is off, please charge the battery. 

2. If the battery has power or has been charged, please try the steps below.

3. Check if your HomeBase has internet access. HomeBase’s LED should be blue.

4. Please keep the camera and HomeBase within 1 meter when paring.

5. Please take off the plastic film on the camera
