Modified on Wed, 10 Dec at 11:18 AM

eufy Keypad is equipped with a built-in lithium-ion battery and the battery usually lasts up to six months under normal usage before the battery needs to be recharged. If your eufy Keypad is discharging quickly, please try the following troubleshooting tip.

Note: Please visit My eufy Keypad Cannot Power On For detailed instructions on how to recharge your Keypad.

Please launch the eufySecurity app > select your Keypad > Keypad Settings > About Device > Check for firmware update, and then update the firmware on your Keypad if a new firmware version is available. It is highly recommended to keep the firmware on your device updated to the latest version to ensure its performance and reliability.

If the firmware on your Keypad is already on the latest version and the Keypad is still discharging quickly under normal usage, please contact us for further assistance.
