S100 Wall Light Cam failed to update its firmware

If your S100 Wall Light Cam failed to update its firmware, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

  1. Please check if the Wall Light Cam has power.
  1. Please confirm the Wall Light Cam is online in the eufy Security app.
  1. Please verify your WiFi network is not experiencing any connectivity issues to the Internet.
  1. Please uninstall the eufy Security app and reinstall the app on your phone.
  1. Check if a new firmware version is available for your Wall Light Cam. Please launch the eufy Security app > Wall Light Cam Settings > General > About Device > Check for firmware update.
