If your S100 Wall Light Cam appears to be offline in the eufy Security app after a recent firmware update, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
- Please verify your WiFi network is not experiencing any connectivity issues to the Internet.
- Remove the Wall Light Cam by launching the eufy Security app > Wall Light Cam Settings > Remove Device.
- Set up the Wall Light Cam again as a new device.
- Launch the eufy Security app to verify the Wall Light Cam is no longer showing offline in the eufy Security app.
