S100 Wall Light Cam fails to automatically reconnect to my WiFi network after going offline

If your S100 Wall Light Cam fails to automatically reconnect to your WiFi network after a power outage, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

  1. Please make sure your router has Internet connection. If your router is having Internet connection issues, the LED indicator light on your S100 Wall Light Cam will have a red flashing light.
  2. Please check whether your WiFi password consists of any special characters. If necessary, please try removing special characters from your WiFi password.
  3. Try manually powering off your S100 Wall Light Cam and then powering it back on to restart the camera.
