S100 Wall Light Cam fails to connect to my WiFi network

If your S100 Wall Light Cam fails to connect to your 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

  • Please make sure you have a dedicated 2.4GHz WiFi network, and the router’s security protocol is set to either WPA or WPA2.
  • Please make sure you are entering the correct WiFi password.
  • Please make sure there is a strong and stable WiFi connection.
  • Please keep your phone connected to the WiFi network during the entire setup process.
  • Please check whether your WiFi password consists of any special characters. If necessary, please try removing special characters from your WiFi password.
  • For users in the United States, please verify your WiFi channel is set between 1 to 11. If necessary, please go to the router’s settings to configure your WiFi channels.
