Why did HomeBase fail to add?

Compatible with:

S300 eufyCam(eufyCam 3C), S330 eufyCam(eufyCam 3)1. Please make sure your router has internet access.

2. Please make sure your HomeBase has booted up and the LED is blue.

3. Please make sure you have scanned the QR code on the bottom of HomeBase.

4. If you are unable to scan the QR code, you can manually enter the code.

5. Make sure you click the SYNC/ALARM OFF button located at the back of HomeBase when you hear the sound tip.

6. Please check if you have set the firewall or whitelist in your router.
