(1)Please check the firmware version of your HomeBase 3-2.1.1.9 or above

(2)This function can only be used if Wall Light Cam and HomeBase 3 are connected to the same network, are added to the same home in the eufy Security app, and are attached to the same eufy account. Please check whether your devices have met each of these requirements.

  1. What should I do if my Wall Light Cam fails to connect to HomeBase 3?

Make sure your camera and HomeBase 3 are powered on. Make sure they are both connected to the same network. Make sure your network router is functioning normally (it may help to restart your network router).
