Most likely this is the result of your device losing connection to the lnternet.
1. Please check if there is a power outage.If yes, the status LED will turn off.
2. Please check if your router is disconnected from the internet. If yes, the device's status LED will flash red.
3. Please check if you have changed to a new router or changed the Wi-Fi name or password. If yes, please change the Wi-Fi in the eufy Security app by going to device Settings> General> Wi-Fi Connection.
4. Please check if you have moved the router's location that device is out of Wi-Fi range.
