SoloCam C210 - About Two-factor authentication

  1. After the two-authentication feature is enabled, a trusted device needs to be added. The trusted device will no longer need the verification code for secondary authentication. When a new mobile phone is logged in or an abnormal device logs in, a verification code will be required.
  2. By default, the verification code will be sent to the account email. You need to register your mobile phone number to receive the verification code via SMS. Only when you have logged in to the same account on multiple phones, you can receive the verification code through notification.
  3. The verification code is valid within 5 minutes.
