What is the voltage requirement for the transformer?
The voltage requirement for the transformer is 16-24VAC at 10VA. However, please note that the C30 model does not support wired functionality.
Does the doorbell have a rechargeable battery?
Yes. The C31 model has a removable 6,500mAh battery, while the C30 model has a removable 5,000mAh battery.
What is the VA rating requirement for the transformer when connecting my doorbell to the transformer?
A transformer with a VA rating of 10VA or above is required, with a maximum of 40VA. Please note that only the C31 model can be wired to the transformer.
Does the doorbell come fully charged?
No. The doorbell is charged to approximately 80%, please make sure to fully charge it after setting it up for the first time.
