Does the doorbell support continuous recording?

Yes. However, please note that the continuous recording feature is available only on the C31 model.

Does the doorbell support ONVIF for recording with an NVR?
No. Please note that neither the C31 nor the C30 model supports ONVIF.

Does the doorbell support pre-recording?
Yes. However, please note that the pre-recording feature is available only on the C31 model.

How do I view video recordings from my doorbell?
Please open the eufy app and check Event History, which provides detected activities such as motion, human recognition, and doorbell rings. The Event History includes:

  • Snapshots: Displays video snapshots with timelines for each detected event, labeled by time and activity type.

  • Specific Device: Indicates where the event occurred, identified by device name.

  • Detected Time: Marks the time for ringing, motion, and human detection events.

  • Activity Type: Identifies the event type, such as ring events, missed rings, motion detection, or human recognition.

  • Video Recording: Tap on the video to automatically play video recording. Full-screen viewing is also available.

Can I view and record on a desktop? Is a subscription required?
Yes. A web portal is available on a desktop web browser to watch the livestream, and it does not require a subscription.

How can I back up video recordings?
You can download or record videos while playing back event recordings on your smartphone.
