Yes, the Video Smart Lock E330 works with eufy cloud backup. However, you will need to first connect the Video Smart Lock E330 to either a Video Smart Lock Bridge or HomeBase 3. Please note that a standalone Video Smart Lock E330 does not work with eufy cloud backup.
