Downloading the App

Download the eufy app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices). You can also visit the eufy official website on your mobile device.

Creating Your Account

After downloading the eufy app, simply create a new account or log in to your existing account. Learn more about Signing Up for a New eufy Security Account.

Adding Your Video Smart Lock E330 to the App

On the Device interface in the app, please select Add Device > Smart Lock > choose Video Smart Lock and then scan the QR code located in the battery compartment (above the batteries) of the lock, or use the SN of the lock that begins with T8531xxx and follow the step-by-step instructions in the app to add the device.
