When the Video Smart Lock cannot connect to the WiFi Bridge, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

1. Make sure your lock has enough power. 

2. Check your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings and make sure it has been turned on. 

3. If you are using an Android device, please make sure the Location Service feature is enabled. 

4. Try to reboot your lock by reinstalling the battery.
