If your Omni C20 emits an audible error: "Laser sensor may be blocked" or "Laser sensor error, please contact customer service" and stops working, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure that the front protective film on the robot has been removed.

  2. Start the robot and check if the surface of the laser sensor is dirty. If it is dirty, clean it with a cotton swab or other soft material, then reboot the robot and start a new cleaning session.

If the error persists after following the above troubleshooting steps, visit What information does Eufy need to resolve a technical problem with my C20? and follow the step-by-step instruction in the article.
