If your Omni C20 emits an audible error: "No dust bag installed in the station, please install the dust bag before starting the dust empty" and stops working, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Confirm that a dust bag is properly installed in the base station.

  2. Remove and reinstall the dust bag to confirm whether the issue can be resolved. Please note that a "click" sound can be heard when a dust bag is properly installed in the base station.

  3. Use tape to wrap around the cardboard section of the dust bag and try again to verify a "click" sound can be heard when it is installed in the base station.
