Failed to add SmartTrack Link to "Find My App"

To set up the SmartTrack Link to "Find My App", please refer to this article: How to add eufy SmartTrack Link to "Find My App"?

If you can't set up your SmartTrack Link:

  • Make sure that your eufy SmartTrack Link is ready for setup. (Refer to What You Need)
  • If you have multiple eufy SmartTrack Links to set up, make sure that only one is near your device at one time.
  • If your SmartTrack Link still won't connect to your device, try to reset it. (Refer to How to reset eufy SmartTrack Link?)

If you see a message that says your SmartTrack Link is connected to another Apple ID:

  • Make sure you have removed this SmartTrack Link in the Find My app if you plan to use another Apple ID to add this device.
  • If you are adding this device for the first time and encounter this issue, please contact us to get help.
