Steps to Upload Logs Using the New Eufy App

This article provides screenshot instructions for the log upload path on both iOS and Android devices. The logs include both App Logs and Device Logs. These logs help our engineers better understand your issue and conduct further analysis. If you have any questions about how to upload the logs, please refer to this guide.

1. Open the new eufy App.

2. Tap the Account icon at the upper left corner of the main page.

3. Find the Settings

4. Go to About in Settings

5. Tap Upload Log, then you can select App Log or Device Log to upload.

Note: 

Uploading the App log will not be used for other purposes but for troubleshooting. Besides, we are unable to receive videos or pictures when receiving log files. For detailed information, please refer to Privacy Policy.
