Issue: Your Halo remote isn’t pairing with the pucks.
1. Turn the remote off.
2. Press and hold the buttons on the pucks for 8-10 seconds until the lights turn dark blue.
3. Turn the remote back on. 4. When the two circles in the upper-left corner fill in, it means the pucks are now connected.
